DEPOSIT NOW REQUIRED FOR COLOUR APPOINTMENTS
We will be taking a deposit for all colour appointments. Sadly this is due to an increase in no shows and last minute cancellations, which prevent other clients from booking in. Deposits can be paid by cash or card in the salon or over the phone and will be payable when booking an appointment. Pre-paid deposits will be deducted from the the final bill.
Rules:
Cancel 48 hours before appt – refund returned
Reschedule appt –deposit moved to new appt
Cancel within 48 hours of appt – deposit non returnable
No show to appt – deposit non returnable
